In order to be listed on the Suppliers Directory, suppliers must first complete the registration form. During registration, suppliers are required to give their contact information including an e-mail address. The email address is used to allow system users to contact the supplier, to notify the supplier of usage statistics, and to enable the supplier to update their information.
If users elect to use our "Add to My Suppliers" function to contact a supplier, we ask them for their name and email address. The Suppliers Directory application will automatically send the supplier an email message. Suppliers' email addresses are not made available to system users during this process.
The information you submit will be passed to your selected supplier(s). It will also be sent to the directory administrators who may contact you for feedback.
You can elect to report a problem with a listing in the directory of you believe the listing violates our Standards or contains errors. We ask for an email address to be provided. We will only use this to contact you if we need to discuss the problem you describe further. Your details will NOT be made available to suppliers.
Users have the option of disabling or not accepting cookies by changing the preferences on their browsers.
If users opt to disable cookies, they will still be able to use this website. However, if users arrived at the Suppliers Directory application through a different site, that host site may use cookies for some purpose. Please review the privacy policy of the host site to determine whether they use cookies.

We communicate with listed suppliers to deliver requested services and to discuss issues relating to their listing via email or phone. General site users will not receive email updates from the site. However can subscribe to a customisable RSS “feed” and be alerted when new suppliers matching their criteria are added to the site.
Suppliers whose personally identifiable information changes (such as postal code or email address), or who no longer wish to be listed in the directory can correct, update, or remove their record by using the "Update Listing" link on the site.
Suppliers wishing to establish a record in the Suppliers Directory are given the opportunity to "opt in" to mailings of usage statistics.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
